#fitfluential Couples workout Why train alone when you train together. 1⃣ Wall Sit with medicine ball held directly over head. 2⃣ Partner gets into a chair dip position using the partners wall sit as the dip bench 3⃣ As partner dips, bring medicine ball down (carefully) over partners head while doing dips. 4⃣ Return to beginning position, hands above head with ball, partner extending arms in pre dip position 5⃣ Repeat 12 to 15 times
