Anyone ever experience a computer screen that appears to be controlled by something external...but is not connected to the internet? I thought I was in someway bumping the keyboard with a sleeve...but stood away from the keyboard and watched it....has virus protection. Have noticed keyboard and mouse are not seeming to be consistently responsive..am thinking it needs to go back to the store...any thoughts?
