This was honestly one of the worst efforts I felt Ive ou towards a training session in a long time. My body hurt, energy levels low and absolutely no intensity. But rather than stopping early I finished what I started. A bad workout is still better than no workout. 15 min AMRAP 60 cal row 50 burpees over bar 30 ground to overhead (95) 10 chest to bar pull ups
