for my FB health sight.. this could be the strength you have at age 80.. Its your choice to exersize.. (well some do not have that choice but many couldve if theywould have started earlier in their life.. When I take my hubby to the chiropractor there is this 90 year old whippersnapper of a woman.. this short small little gram became very sickly and immobile due to many things going wrong with her body.. and then she decided to fight back with chiropractic.. eating healthy.. yoga and she went to the gym at 90 and hired a personal trainer.. and the difference a year later is just amazing! she can do some of these things this guy is doing now.. I wouldnt want to mess with her if I tried to steal her purse.. youd get a granny runn after ya and a big slug and pinned down on the ground.. Just amazing the difference.. so many set themselves up for an early declining body through not keeping exersize or physical activity of some sort in their daily lives.. Even if it is just fast paced walking around your neighborhood.. Strive to do something daily .. if you cant leave home.. go up and down the stairs several times.. hold onto the back of a chair and do leg raises.. grab some 5 or 10 1b weights and swing them up and down.. (or many more things U can come up with them... Upper arm exersize is so important.. there are many that neglect that and it can help build and maintain strength.. Exersize with your baby or kiddies .. so important to give your kids a mindset of keeping physical activity in their lives instead of sitting there viewing TV or gaming much of their time.. Just be an example to your kiddies and grand kiddies of healthy lifestyle habits..
