for those who were curious about the coconut oil and oil pulling-well -firstly it doesnt taste too strongly of coconut altho there is a bit of a flavour -its totally ntaural, suitable for vegans, no additives, pure, organic...etc...300g/£9 and you can buy it at uk.nyrorganic/shop/sophiestokes... It melts easily in the cheek and you just swich it round like a mouthwash -it soon mixes with saliva and is very fluid, no strong flavour, no gagging...just like using a mouthwash, but longer, it was easy enough to do whilst sending emails and working online. afterwards my teeth felt squeaky clean with no oily residue or aftertaste. There are so many uses from make up remover to moisturiser, hair treatment, body lotion, used in soap making plus lots more -there are loads of recipes in our lovely book Cook Brew and Blend your own herbs also available from the link attached.
