They still need to see today the State Prosecutor and a deportation is not yet 100% from the table. Also still some of their gear seems to be confiscated. Thanks for the amazing support up to now, which helped a lot. Also warmest regards from Chris, Ruben and Björn to all the people out there who supported them - they are very grateful for that! But even their release means not that we will stop to fight for press-freedom in Turkey (as in other countries). Still several Turkish and Kurdish Journalists are imprisoned and in recent months new laws got introduced to censor social media and the press-freedom in Turkey. Turkey is also still number 154 out of 180 states on the press-freedom index of Reporters without Borders (rsf.org/index2014/en-index2014.php).
