DATE DUE: Comments need to be received by August 20th. THE DETAILS in brief: The KSM mine owned by Seabridge has plans for a tailings pond that is designed to be 6 (six) times larger than the Mt Polley tailings pond that just failed. This tailings pond will endanger the entire Nass River, its Salmon and Oolichans and Waters - and also the transboundary waters and salmon runs on the Unuk River. This and other risks need to be reevaluated by the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency. Help them do their job by requesting a full panel review, the highest and most stringent level of environmental assessment. WHERE TO SEND: The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency invites the public to comment on the Comprehensive Study Report on the KSM (Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell) Project, located in British Columbia.
