This is one example out of many, is also one symptom of State failure and a signal of how the authority of militants could be in the future of Manipur if they gain power. Its really interesting to see the paradigm shift from the last decade in their approach of gaining social, political and military power, is some thing many forgets while listening to one or two stories from AFSPA (Human Rights) activists who are deployed by militants.
