good day mlcn urban members... first of all I must apologize for those of you individuals who have made complaints, nasty phone calls and texts to myself and committee members regarding the school supply distribution! as with previous years I have been in office we have supplied as much members as we could possibly assist with the funds provided.. this year seemed to be most difficult but in the end 180 young ladies and gentlemen have been assisted with a 75 dollar gift card in both saskatoon and Prince Albert... some have even said thank you and some not so thankful .. but the school supply program is done so please no more requests as the next program and or event is underway which is the hunting program where 4 lucky youths are accompanying me in a weekend outdoor adventure... the next will be the dreamcatcher conference and details will be identified at later time on the selections .. then its Christmas gifts and so on.. so in summary, a lot of planning goes Into these programs and a lot of members benefit from them... the negativity we get is somewhat of a downer that we arent doing our best ,but we are doing the best we can with what funding we are given or received... so please if u must comment please give a suggestion what we can do better for next year .. provide a solution ... with that have a great weekend..
