Yep, Hermann penned a good one for sure, and the video and audio productions are superb !!! They are done in the traditions of classic country and western swing... with the video showing believable characters in an authentic atmosphere... straight-forward without jump-cuts and distracting edits like some videos. The viewer sees faces common in every town; faces and lives with untold stories. It is those untold stories that bring these souls together under one roof where they find a bond, acceptance and peace even when there is no obvious common thread to bind them... that feeling of HOME. HOME OF THE DAMNED, depicts this in grand style; Hermanns unique story-telling style. The setting is a bar in ANYTOWN, U.S.A or nearly any place on earth. Just point to a place on any map and youll be there. Yes, we have all been there at one time or another. That is why this song and video connects... everyone can relate!!! Great job, Hermann.
