good governance is about responsibility and transparency and off course a healthy vigorous opposition ...Kejriwal seemed to have not noticed that he has crossed the fence from crowd to the crown and consequently forgot to change his system settings and is in his default mode...on top of this nobody reminded him that streamlining and improving institutional structures is far more important and effective in delivering on promises than rabble rousing ....it is good to dream for dreams give us ideals ,and finally the change ... but that is only a part of the story. Change also needs pragmatism not just provocation. history is full of examples when dreams went bad...... the French revolution began as a brew of discontent but the terror of Robespierre is still not forgotten by a keen student of history......a well meaning political experiment in socialism in Russia unleashed unspeakable terror, as the people found out too late....Hitler too rode a wave of populism stemming from similar discontent , and rest as they say is history ditto for Dada Idi Amin ( Uganda) and Pol Pot ( Cambodia) ...there are countless other examples ... to blindly embrace a ideal with no understanding how its dynamic will contour the political landscape is not to dream but to delude good thing about dreams is that they give us vision,....the bad thing is that they often turn into nightmares..... ..while i think Kejriwal must be given a chance but not as a agent provocateur but as responsible administrator .....he talks of taking a public opinion on every issue ...in other words he is bowing to populism...it is said that when leaders follow the people the nation , the nation is doomed , its only when people follow the leaders do the nations rise to greatness
