It is forecast to reach southeast of San Jose, Mindoro by 5 pm - 6 pm where it will be closest to Metro Manila. The rain we are experiencing now (in Metro Manila) is already part of Yolanda. Pinakamalapit si Yolanda sa Manila ay mamaya bandang 5-6 pm pag nandun na siya sa Mindoro.
