good morning, I seem to be complaining a lot but actually I am not complaining about this community of Barrow but trying to find out what is really going on. I have just moved back to Barrow couple years ago from Nuiqsut and find out that things have changed. This community if over-runned by outsiders. Someone told me there were at least 50 more Phillipinos come to Barrow recently and talked with someone from the Phillipino community and he said yep but he sstated the are a few Samoians that came also. Unfotunately they are here for work and someone has given the okay for this. WHERE does this put our INUPIAQS? Does anyone explain this to me as this is going to hurt our young people who will need jobs. Are all these people all QUALIFIED. I dont think so. Our government need to open up and answer to us why this is happening. Do any of our LEADERS know that this is happening! Help me understand on this. Is this NORMAL in Barrow
