got a question do anyone think its a good idea to work out on an empty stomach and off 2 hours of sleep I did the 2 hours before but empty stomach .. no this will be my first time lol time dor some jumping burpies bicycle sit ups leg lifts ... rest ... back to work out with close hand push ups regular push ups and wide push up and left to right push up 30 seconds each ... then walking around in the sun lol
