had salmon for tonight, have no idea how to prepare it, so i went to my 3rd moms house( my neighboor) and ask her if she could help me and she come all the way to my house home and cut the salmon in little pieces ask for italian dressing and thanks god I did have that, so, she put half of that dressing ,salt, peper and lime then she cover it and put it back in the fridge we talk and had some hot chocolate then one hour latter she fry the pieces for a little bit only one side then put them in the oven with the rest of the dressing for 20 mins to finish cooking and i have to tell every one the if you want a good flavor in your fish do it this way great taste,great flavor.
