hanging out in the midst of my fourth decade of going to punk shows and I feel like I may have just seen the best band I have ever seen -- SHITSTORM - play to a room of 10 adoring people (1/2 of whom were in opening bands) words arent going to capture how good they are - but take punx playing grindcore with perfect amounts of power and precision, a comfort dabbling in experimental noise, and the ability to write the most infectious rockin hooks right in the middle of face-peeling 25 second songs. it was incredible. I am so thrilled right now.
