have a 1 year old very well cared for looks and works like new 12,200 btu window a/c unit. its a g.e. energy star and comes with all paper work and is a 110 volt plug. its digital with remote everything has been well maintained and filter washed every week to 10 days since new as you will see as it is spotless on the inside as well as the ouside. it will cool my hole 600sq ft upstairs apartment to 65 degrees if i wanted it to. it also has a delay timer so you can set the timer to make unit come on or off whenever you like. it also has an energy saver mode which i use a lot it makes it turn on if it gets hotter than 10 degrees then the temature you have it set for. i use this at night and if im going to be out for a couple hours so the a/c isnt runing the hole time yet it wont let it get ten degrees hotter then what you have it set for. so it has lots of power saving fetures my elecric bill with my son and i living here has never gone over 55.00 durring july and augest. forced to sell for reasons beyond my control. i will take 150 for it as it cost 429.00 new. this is not a walmart a/c unit they dont sell units this size or quality. not saying anything badd about walmart as i shop there weekly just want you to know what a great deal your getiing for 150.00 sorry no way to take pics but come take a look and the first person who comes too see it will take it home im sure. i live in dunkirk and you can call or text 680-3679 or you can simply pm me. thank you.
