have come across people audacious enough to analyze and reanalyze the traits and behaviors of a human called Mohandas Karamchand Mahatma Gandhi. first of all, to those who claim to have concluded that the mahama was this n that and etc., should acknowledge the fact that if not for him, india would never have got its independence. it would have been a warring territory always under rebellion, and waiting for the united nations to grant it its sovereignty. the pillars of truth n non violence that have made india respected would have been absent, and the state of India would have been exactly as Egypts or Syrias or Ukraines. The mahatmas personal life, his faults, and his mistakes, are all human...he wasnt an atrocious leader like the fuhrer! neither like stalin. whatever may be his personal mistakes, he deserves to be forgiven and respected because of his actions. and sincerely, we as a nation, have something seriously wrong in our psyche when we try to point fingers at the mahatma. the guy was human. and we are also humans. and i am sure we have committed and are likely to commit graver sins than he did by the time we die, and that too, without doing even a fraction of the good work he did. frankly i dont understand how ppl cant see even this one little thing and if anyone is offended by my post, then never mind. thank you.
