having taught citizens the proper legal use of deadly force I must admit that some people should not be carring a gun because they do not have the training or mindset to use the reasponsivbility wisly however once they met the legal requirments to carry one they also have the reasponsibility to train and become proficiant in the use of the weapon they are betting there life on if the worst should happen. saddly many use the presence of a firearm as a security blanket to give them the feeling of security without actualy dedicating the time and effort to develope the skills required to employ said weapon
