he way CT Housing Finance Authority pulls first time home buyers - TopicsExpress

he way CT Housing Finance Authority pulls first time home buyers in, is by linking them with a private bank and mortgage lender, in my case it is McCue out of CT- they are the private bank/mortgage lender who loaned me the money for my first mortgage. HUD/FHA backs the loan through FHA insurance, CT Housing Finance Authority, a quasi-public agency State branch of FHA, gave a first time home buyer down payment assistance loan of 3 grand. Un be known to the borrower, the private bank is the servicer of the loan, the first legal minute McCue did not receive payment - i think it is 3 months, despite being in good standing for 15 years, including paying full FHA insurance every month, McCue relinqueshed the loan to CHFA who began strict foreclosure proceedings. CHFA has illegally foreclosed on thousands of these First time home buyer loans in strict CHFA v home owner actions that were rubber stamped in every Superior court. McCue did not offer ANY loss and mitigation or state required mediation. Neither did CHFA. HUD told me to apply for the Federal Home Emergency loan program, which I did, sending CHFA- the processor of these funds 5 years worth of extensive documentation and hardship letters, etc. The Federal fund ran out of money shortly after I applied. CHFA and McCue lied in court and told Superior Court judge I refused to participate in mediation, only one month after i attended my one and only mediation in which it had already been decided against me and every other CHFA home owner we would lose our homes. i was told in the one and only mediation mandated by law through the courts to call info line and send in my financials. I was told to send them to the private attorney i have to pay hired by CHFA and McCue to sue me, and he claims to have never received them. The spring of 2012 I had around 12 grand cash from a SS disability award. I tried desperately to save my house, McCue nor CHFA were willing to offer me any type of home foreclosure prevention program, I appear to not even qualify for President Nobamas dont care H.O.P.E. program!!!! nor is it offered to any CHFA home owners through McCue or CHFA!!! This is a HUD/FHA insured home!!! All other home foreclosures in the state, the party is sued by the bank, the lender. All CHFA backed loans are strict foreclosure brought by CHFA, not the private lender. If the home owner has any equity, as do I, they go with selling the house at auction. They were willing to auction my house on Aug 24, 2013 for 90 grand, the same amount I paid for it in 1995. Despite having paid back in the first 15 years of the 6 percent fixed interest loan almost twice the amount of the loan, and the home being assessed at 120 grand, and my taxes being paid in full via the equity in my home, CHFA and the State are so broke they are stealing as much property as they can. They then use it as an asset so they can increase their bond rating and borrow more money to pay all the clowns in their very well oiled corrupt machine of fraud!!!
