hello all ! I am posting this on behalf of my friend who is giving her newly constructed building for rent. The building has 3 semi furnised flats (two are 1 bhk and one is 2 bhk flat) also one single room on terrace with attached bathroom .I have attached pics of bedroom, bathroom and exterior.The 2bhk flat is a semi furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 common and 1 attached with master bedroom), a modular kitchen.both bedrooms will have big cupboards (under construction) with sufficient storage space. all rooms are quite airy. This applies for 1 bhk as well. 24/7 water and electricity ,covered car parking, terrace is add on. she is looking for rent 20k(negotiable) per month for 2 bhk and 15k for 1bhk flats and 6k for single semifurisned room on terrace with the security deposit is 10 months rent in advance (negotiable). the building is in very good residencial locality.......just 10 mins from marathalli brigde (exact address will be updated soon)its in Munnekollal area, Note: little patch work (finalization and fixing of new stuff) in flat is ongoing. Owner said this is gonna available for occupancy from september. I am not sure about public transportaion facility near building as I dont stay there.This Building is very close to innovative multiplex and marathalli bridge. If interested please inbox me
