hello everyone, Not long til the Xmas group starts so hope you all have your Xmas hats or jumpers ready for Monday! I have had to change something on the first week due to me taking part in a training day for a new system called REEBOK ARCON which enables people to challenge each other across many gym disciplines on an equal footing, considering age, gender, weight etc! Sorry about that, but I believe this is a very exciting training tool and I couldnt pass up the opportunity! Hopefully everyone will be ok with this change, if not please let me know as I am also doing a Sunday morning session at the end of the three weeks. This Sunday session will also be for anyone who misses any of the other sessions that they have paid for in advance. For those of you paying upfront, if you miss a session it is non refundable, however you will have the opportunity for a catch up on the last Sunday of the course. Tomorrow I will be emailing everyone with their fees, as you know the course is £175 for the lot or £20 per session pay as you go. If youre very busy youre welcome to just attend one or two sessions to enjoy a hard training session and catch up with your gym buddies! If you havent still let me know which sessions you are attending I need that before Friday, especially for the first week. Dont worry if you are not sure beyond the first week, you can let me know a little nearer the time. Any qs please let me know, and I hope youre all as excited as I am! Afternoon: your choice of time: individual workouts to follow Wednesday 17th December no session, I am doing a training day Thursday 18th 10-11am it looks like a bin lid! using the functional kit at the gym 11-11.30am BONUS SESSION no extra charge unofficial running workshop group members only Friday 19th 10-11am, Session Four: ‘Power and Speed, it’s for everyone, you know!’ Monday 22nd 10-11am Session Five: ‘You’re only as strong as your weakest link’. Let’s work on those weaknesses! 12.15-1.15pm Bootcamp Class in Studio 2-2.30pm LBT Workshop Tuesday 23rd 10-11am Session Six: TBC Afternoon: your choice of time: individual workouts to follow Wednesday 24th 10-11am Session Seven: Xmas eve challenge. Forfeits included Thursday and Friday: no sessions Monday 29th 10am-11am Session Eight: ‘Sweat it Out’ – you will wish you didn’t overindulge, but now you know in advance, maybe you won’t Tuesday 30th 10-11am Session Nine: Outdoor session TBC Wednesday 31st 10-11am Session Ten: Games and Goal Setting for 2014. Come along and make an oath in front of your gym buddies! Thursday 1st January 9am Parkrun Pennington Flash. If you don’t want to run, come along and get some fresh air and support the crazy people who do! Friday 2nd January Session 11: 10-11am: A little bit of everything!
