hello jack, I hope you are well and don’t mind me emailing you. I work for a TV company called Objective Productions, makers of ‘Derren Brown’ and ‘The Cube’ and we are making a new factual entertainment TV show for the Sky channel Watch. The show follows our presenter and performer Katherine Mills looking at different experiments blending psychology and science through experimentation and entertainment. I wanted to get in touch as we are filming something in a couple of weeks and we need a large group of basketball players to take part in one of our experiments. The shoot itself will be us conducting an experiment with the players investigating into perception & awareness and how much skill and psychology is involved in hand eye co-ordination. I cant tell you exactly what it involves as it may spoil the surprise but it will be a light hearted social experiment and we hope everyone will have a bit of fun and will be impressed with what we want to do. We will be shooting Tuesday 17th June. A time isn’t confirmed yet but it is likely to be either late morning or late afternoon and will just take a few hours of everyone’s time.
