hello render! The 3D work by the Studio Aiko its extremely refined. But what it really caught my attention were the design elements of this open plan living area - natural materials colour palette, existing industrial iron windows, exposed concrete structure, raw brick walls and the simple solution for the air conditioning. Im just not convinced by the bare concrete floor. Its a really hard and cold surface. My option would be timber floor boards or parquetry. Im working at the moment on a project with very similar conditions and this is good food for thought coming from the Israel based studio Aiko. :-)
