here it is as promised: Grammy Smilez Eggplant Seafood Augratin Love (most important ingredient 1 4 oz can wild caught lump crabmeat 14 wild caught prawns raw and cleaned 2 organic egg plants 2 organic cloves of garlic 1 organic small onion 3 tbsp organic chopped Basil ½ tsp organic Chili powder or more depending on your heat preference 5 drops Chilula sauce or more depending on your heat preference 1 tsp Aluminum Free Sea Salt mor or less depending on your preference Organic Lemon juice 4 oz of an 8 oz block Cablanca gouda goat cheese finely shredded cheesetraders/cablanca-goat-gouda.html 4 tbsp organic choppedParsley 6 tbsp organic expeller Coconut Oil I prefer tropical traditions expeller tropicaltraditions/expeller-pressed_coconut_oil.htm ½ cup Gluten free bread crumbs Gluten free flour I used quinoa ¼ cup Almond milk Bake eggplant in a water bath in the oven for 35 minutes on 350 deg. Chop and saute onion and garlic in 2 tbsp coconut oil. Using a food processor, or blender puree eggplant. Peel and Clean Shrimp, cut into bite size pieces, Add shrimp and lump crabmeat to Sauteed onion and garlic, add eggplant puree to sauteed mixture. Add parsley, chili powder, chilula sauce, salt, lemon juice. Let sit stirring occasionally on low to medium heat. In a separate bowl Mix flour, 4 tbsp coconut oil and ¼ cup almond milk. Pour eggplant mixture into coconut oil greased covered casserole dish. Sprinkle with ¼ cup bread crumbs and ½ of finely shredded cheese. Pour over top of mixture. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and shredded goat cheese on top. Say out loud “I am an awesome food alchemist and I am flowing all of my loving light energies into this dish!” Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set up. Bake in oven for 40 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool for 15 mins. Enjoy! Helpful Hint if coconut oil starts to lump up while adding milk, place bowl or measuring cup in hot water This dish yielded 6 good size servings, I spent $31 on ingredients which costs out at $5.25 per serving approximately 35 mins prep time with food processor.
