heres the 10 INTERESTING FACTS: 1. Before I got my visa to the US 20 yrs ago, a card reader told me once that I will cross a big body of water soon and that I will have lots of money before I turn 40.... FACT: I did get migrate, married to man whose last name is MONEY... but Rick thinks that we need to tie tubes because hes afraid its not real $$$$: 2 pennies (aka boys) are enough headache already. 2. I have only been to the principals ONCE in my school life: at first grade for class disruption because I cannot stop crying (howling really) when a storm came in during the day and I got so scared that I cant go home due to flooding... we lived in Leyte (the recently devastated island) and the bamboo bridge was easily washed away.... didnt know there was another concrete bridge farther up the river but a longer route!!!!!!!!!!! 3. I had only one boyfriend before I met Rick.... everyone thought Id end up an old maid.... 4. I am scared of earthquakes: we used to live in Davao about (40 yrs ago) and the 2-storey house we lived in shook so bad that it knocked a saint off the wall...we never found the hand of the saint but the statue is still at home. 5. I almost didnt graduate college with my class due to EDSA revolution: I abandoned my senior thesis hoping that EDSA will continue so months and well get our diploma gratis!!!!! 6. My mom wanted me to be a nurse but I didnt want to... a wanna be scientist/lab assistant ... then conceded to a teaching career instead... 7. I LOVE SHRIMPS AND CRABS (especially mudcrab, Scylla serrata), seafoods. 8. I grew up in UP (Univ of the Phil): high school (4 yrs), college (4yrs), masters (3yrs) simultaneously as lab assistant, teaching (4yrs before US). 9. I have 2 older (half) brother, 2 older (half) sisters and 2 younger sisters. My mom is 17 yrs younger than my dad... 10. I also LOVE TO TRAVEL: been to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia (before coming to US 20 yrs ago), and now with Rick and the boys: Australia, New Zealand, S. Korea (12-hr layover en route to MLA--yes, we went out of the airport for quick day tour).... bucket list, wishful thinking: road trip around the 48 states and countries A thru Z.... Hows this Diana N Steve Davis.... now this should be an A++++...... hahahaha
