HAPPY THURSDAY 4 exercisers! Relaxation is an important part of your health, well-being and improving your state of mind. Learning to relax in a moment, at ANY moment is a vital tool for health & well-being. Try my one minute mini-meditations ANYTIME during the day especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Take 4 long, slow, deep breaths, with each following breath being longer, slower and deeper than the previous one. It takes less than a minute to relax and clear your mind for better thinking.
