The grain row includes Allagashs house 2 row blend, oats, wheat and a small amount of specialty malts. The hops used were all grown in Maine and consist of Nugget, Cascade and Centennial varieties. The finished beer as a slightly herbaceous aroma along with tropical fruit and bread crumb notes.
