hey everyone...sorry again...I know I say that a lot lately ...but I am involved in a lot of different things and also have certain things to be done here before the real winter cold really sets in...so you are just going to have to bear with me for a bit longer....once all is said and done...I fully intend on going back to my 10-12 hour day with you...and for those of you who know mw...know I will.....ok...so I hope everyone is doing good tonight....endgame...thank you for steppin in with a post or two before....tonight is going to be light...its already late...I have a bunch or research for the common law article I wish to post...I have even had someone that knows me personally walk up and ask me to explain things...and I have to say this....learning common law and the way things work outside of the matrix is not easy...it involves a lot of reading and studying and case law...its not something you are going to learn 1-2-3...it will take time....I am also going to state right here right now for the record...if you value your freedom...and you wish to use these laws I am talking about...you had better be extremely well versed in all of it...because if you only learn part of this and think you know everything...you will be wrong...dead wrong...and any judge you challenge will rip you to shreds and you will go to jail....now I would never purposefully put anyone of my readers in harms way...that is the reason for the warning above...and it is very serious....sometimes one wrong word said...can instantly screw you..so with that in mind....once you start to learn...which is going to be me showing you the door...you are the one who needs to walk through...I am just a starting point and you will also need to follow up on everything...I never want anyone to walk up to me and say I taught you everything and you went to jail...because it will not be true...it will be because you did not follow up..mon law can be very simple in a common law court...but not in the matrix legal land...and believe me they love to get someone who only knows half of what they should....those are the people who you read about getting locked up and screwed over....its just like income taxes...I have already posted on this page about the real truth on income taxes...and every week you will read about people going to jail for income tax evasion...even stars...if you remember a while back they were trying to lock up westley snipes...hell they may have....do you want to know why...because he did not understand the tax system and why you do not have to pay income taxes...and in his case he had movies lined up top do and they told him...ok I just checked ...he got 3 years in jail and a 5 million dollar fine....now I only glanced over the defence he was using...but the people who taught him what to do went to jail also...lol...most of the time with actor and what have you they do this to keep all the regular people in line....they threaten him with 25 years in jail and seizure of all of his assets and he will take a plea deal which is probably what he did....then they have their buddies put big headline stories out and scare the hell out of regular people....who couldnt afford to have the type of lawyers he can afford...well for starters if you want to know the truth about income taxes..their is a movie on you tube called freedom to fascism...I will post it up here in a bit...and I can also tell you this....there is a written law in the tax code that actually says that income taxes are not required...I will post that at the end....but again there is a warning...if you play games with the irs...without completely understanding the law...you will go to jail...thats not a threat...its a promise...my suggestion is if you want to learn all about that...start with the movie...and then I will point you to a place that will completely educate you on the facts....the code I was talking about will be at the end...pay special attention to the way part b is worded...and the title they are referring to is title 26 the income tax code...........kaos Sec. 7806. Construction of Title Section 7806 - Construction of Title. (a) Cross references. The cross references in this title to other provisions of law, where the word see is used, are made only for convenience, and shall be given no legal effect. (b) Arrangement and classification. No inference, implication, or presumption of legislative construction shall be drawn or made by reason of the location or grouping of any particular section or provision or portion of this title, nor shall any table of contents, table of cross references, or similar outline, analysis, or descriptive matter relating to the contents of this title be given any legal effect. The preceding sentence also applies to the sidenotes and ancillary tables contained in the various prints of this Act, before its enactment into law. The actual legal authorities established by the law are the limited authorities established by the actual wording of the code section paragraphs. Nothing can be assumed (like liability for tax under Section 1). (That is why Im showing you actual code sections here. Can your accountant do this with his claims? How about your lawyer? I have yet to meet anyone in the country, accountant, lawyer or judge, who can rebut this presentation, which is why you need to know about these irrefutable legal facts that I am showing you.)
