hi Anything in excess is bad. there is a study that says that rock salt, sea salt all contain the same amount of sodium. had read about it long back..many health sites recommend using black salt to reduce Blood Pressure .. i would suggest get a low sodium salt that is available over the counters in medical shops called LoNa..or get used to using lesser salt, and adding more spices and herbs to make up. jaggery and molasses are supposed to have high potassium levels,potassium is said to regulate pressure levels, but the ones we get these days have a salt in them. If you are thinking of these in additional to expert medical opinion and treatment it is fine..otherwise these alone are not going to help in keeping control over Blood Pressure.
