hi everybody. i put a post up last night of a small chihuahua that an elderly lady had lost in the storm yesterday. well it was picked up by rangers which is a good thing for the little dog. but as usual no compassion for waiving the fees for the poor lady. her husband is dying with lung cancer as i understand and she was stressing how to pay the fees. i think a neighbor has stepped in to loan her the money. i am hoping i can gather a few dollars to give to her so its not such a burden to her as she has bigger things to be worrying about. if anybody can help at this time it would be muchly appreciated .ive been in contact with the lady to let her know i will be trying to help her out . hoping others can help too?
