hiya, just wondered if anybody has any tips or advice on the following please. my daughter has a large care package, and as always used the care company, that social services set up for her discharge from hospital, unfortunatly over the past 21 months the service she as received as declined, to the point her wishes and feelings are no longer being taken into account, so im thinking about using the direct payment scheme and becoming a employer, as anybody done the change, and if so, how as it been in the long run? thank you in advance.xx
