honourable members ,please guide me on the following points- after FIR, when person is to be brought before magistrate..( after he is arrested) 1)Til that time , whatever enquiry, investigation,( may be panchanam, statements of witnesses) made by the police ;- is it that ,all these documents regarding investigation are to be submitted to magistrate by police. ( at the time accused is brought before magistrate after his/her arrest) 2)Can they keep anything( like statement of witnesses taken before arrest) in abeyance, or on back foot,hidden from magistrate,when the accused is produced before magistrate after arrest for bail Is there any clear CRPC provision and other things like judgements , citations in this regard thanking you.
