hope to see you tonight at the student forum regarding this punk ass universitys ethnic studies consolidation proposal - 7:30 in the msc lounge. they are telling us they dont have the money to fund us, as they continue collecting currency by the truckload. they are speaking that were all suffering together here rhetoric while they sit back in their 24 karat gold terrace chairs lighting bubba kush blunts with our tuition money. they are trying to make us justify our existence here on campus for the millionth time. they are making us re-fight battles we won a long time ago. and no, this isnt just for my fellow pocs. this is for everyone. if you dont know whats going on, come find out. if you want to show support for pro- diversity people and places on campus (i wouldnt be here without them - think about a world in which you never met me and get sad real quick) then come!!! and if you dont get why ethnic studies are important and remember it only as a bs requirement that you joke with your bros about and would never have taken if you absolutely didnt have to, then (clay davis) shiiit, you have more to learn here than anyone else. and dont say youre busy, the room will be packed with people as busy as (or busier than) yourself. come put some pressure on this university to commit to us and our existence here.
