hotep! getting the car washed today, RAWkin my RAWkin hat, as usual and get into a conversation with the cashier about health. we get to talking about cherries and she states that she loves them, but she cannot eat them because they contain, TOO MUCH FAT. i pause and wonder, if perhaps i missed the memo that cherries now contain fat. i reassure her that most fruits, with the exception of coconut and avocado contain no fat, she stares in disbelief. fan, for real, fruits do not contain fat and the ones that do are fats that are beneficial to your body......
