Description Eugene Musicians Collective Builds a Live Music Community The Eugene Musicians Collective (EMC) is a growing co-op of local musicians dedicated to building a professional, engaged, mutually-supportive live music environment in & around Lane County. This fall, the EMC commences hosting shows at Mac’s Restaurant & Night Club . The EMC currently includes eight Lane County bands: Sonic Bent, Kokobola, El Flowious, Barefoot Leroy, Satori Bob, Dreamdog, The Dennis Smith Project, Two Doors Down, and The Stagger and Sway. You have a band you play with? Thats one qualification. The other is showing up at EMC events. Pretty simple, eh? Its a mutual support association, and we have plans for increasing our influence and visibility, including a radio show and festival stages. We meet once every three weeks at Macs at 7:00 PM. Were happy to have more members! Come on down and meet us. Next meeting will be Tuesday, October 29.
