If you attach it to your vest or coat, you wont give the cops the excuse to throw you on the ground or worse if you pull it out of your pocket and extend your arm to aim it. And.. the cops will know you are taping because the record LED light will be flashing. If they ask if you are video taping, say yes. If they ask why, say because it is legal to video tape law enforcement officers in performance of their duties and should my rights be violated I have documentation...
