https://youtube/watch?v=G8_oWmT4v8s&list=UUt-WqkTyKK1_70U4bb4k4lQ I dont understand people who cant drive a stick shift how hard can it be? the concept is pretty simple the slower you go the lower numerical gear you you use, the clutch releases the engine from the drive wheels the more the pedal is out the more directly the engines power is transfered to the wheels, the more its on the floor the less power is going to the wheels, when you drive an automatic you can feel the cars transmission changing gears as you accelerate or go up hills, and kick down into lower gears to pass a car or to go up a hill, a lot of cars have a digital readout on the dash now that tells what gear the transmission is in,its a simple concept, the lower your speed the lower the gear you need, its not difficult, i dont even think you should be able to get a drivers licence (unless you are disabled )if you cant find where the engine oil transmission fluid and coolant and brake fluid and washer fluid go in a car or cant drive a stick shift i mean its not that difficult, you might have to drive a stick car in an emergency if somebody needs to get to a doctor, or your car is incapacitated and your out in the middle of nowhere and need to get to help i mean if you cant figure it out in a half an hour mabey you shouldnt be driving a car, 50 years ago ALL cars were stick shift, i once dated a girl who couldnt drive a stick or anything else and i tried to teach her she just didnt get it, that relationship was doomed from the start, she didnt even want to try ,come on, its just common sense and counting to 5 , even big rigs are the same concept just more gears and several ranges but your still shifting the same gears, its just like back when you were riding a 10 speed bycycle,to school, its hard to pedal in the high gears easy in the lower ones except you are the engine. these guys are idiots
