The idea that grappling doent work on the streets is complete shite and theres been a number of times in a one on one where after gaining control in a stand up hand fight ive broken someones arm ,wrist , thumb, finger , dislocated their elbow or shoulder .Ive also of course knocked a lot of guys out and done a lot of damage with my fists ,feet ,head ,knees and elbows in one way or another . Fights are about recognizing and ruthlessly acting upon situational affordances in other words being able to fight the fight where it is at the time simply because the guy your fighting isnt going to let you fight the fight where you want it to be ...
