Did the police have probable cause to ask the gentleman to step out of the car for a seat belt violation? The police officers said that they were afraid that the gentleman had a gun. Out of all of the possible things to assume...why would they think that? The other videos at the end of the news segment are great as well. What do we do? There is a van with kids in it getting away? I know! Lets shoot at it! What if those were my kids? This family was pulled over for a seat belt violation. Sounds dangerous to me???The gentleman was asked to get out of the car. When he refused the police broke his window and tazed him. Both of the police officers have been accused of using excessive force in the past according to court documents. Where do we draw the line?
