https://youtube/watch?v=IhZ1xdInaPY INSPIRED ACTING! I think this film got weak reviews largely due to Mel Gibson having a principle part and critics remaining unforgiving of his antisemitic rant. But, Gibsons acting, especially in this scene is absolutely masterful. The way Gibson raises the level of intensity in this scene is on the order of Shakespearean dramatic power. The dialog is what it is for this genre of film, but Gibson, and most notably in other scenes, Antonio Banderas, raise the level of this motion picture well beyond what it otherwise might have been.
