She was the force that lead the way for the ban on TEACHER MANDATED prayer in American schools, and founder of American Atheists (still around to this day). I posted this, because in terms of leading the way for change, it seems that she was not just the first to have a huge accomplishment in the name of atheism, but also the last.It would seem that she recognized this lack of motivation in the movement to do much more then play on the debate team, even in her lifetime ( https://youtube/watch?v=yflQd2jyp7Y&list=UUAJfDidJyukTekgSRZrjadw ). Remember this is even before the internet, chat rooms and all the other innovations of the modern era. Either way, for those with an interest in such matters, I encourage you to look at said materials with an open mind.
