Unfortunately, however, most are just content with attacking a straw man of Christianity, declaring theyve won the debate, and moving on. Now, I can understand why Muslims would do this because their holy book forces them to if they are to be faithful to it (see how Surah 5:116 represents, or misrepresents, what Christians believe about the Trinity). Atheists dont have that excuse. And Christians arent always innocent of this either. We should take the time to understand what people are actually saying if we are to engage with them. I know I dont do it perfectly either, but I at least try to understand.
