The killer called the girls mother and said he was sorry for shooting her daughter. The daughter told the police that the killer stole her cell phone. The Baltimore police tracked him as he took a bus from Baltimore up I-95 North passed my house to New York. Question? Why didnt they check with the bus company to find out the schedule of the bus? Why didnt they call ahead down I-95 and had the man arrested while getting off the bus? It took over 3 hours to get to the bus station in New York. I know that could be done because I did that myself with the help of my manager and the Harrisburg Capital Police while working at the State Police. As I said, the story that the NYPD put out stinks. The story is design to justify putting all police around the country on alert to intimidate the people protesting the actions of the police.
