Its quite normal that our energy levels and motivation to train has dramatically decreased since the start of the week. Im sure you have all noticed how busy the gym is from Monday till Wednesday in comparison to the latter portion on the week. My number one tip to keep your energy levels UP and ensure you knock out ALL of your sessions in order to achieve your goals is to remember to HAVE FUN! A mid week rest day and a positive attitude toward having fun with every session you do will keep you and your gym buddy flying through your workouts for the entire week!
