At the 38 minute mark, things begin to get interesting. A beaver and his mate didnt harvest enough food for the winter and was forced to forage for whatever brush that they could come across. It made me wonder if they were able to lower their metabolic rate in order to adapt to the lack of food and extremely cold weather that could reach as low as -40 degrees. #beaverftw
