i almost canceled out on crossfit, but glad i didnt and even more so after reading my daughters post that reminded me that we were there in part of the aftermath,,our crossfit WOD (workout of the day) consist of;;; 10 rounds of each;;; 135 stair steps weigted with the same weight as a firesuit and apparatus, 10reps =1350 feet, the distances of the tower floors, 10 reps of squat thrusters = the cieling breach/lifting debri off of people. 10 reps of 10 parallel push ups, represents the crawling and pushing thru debri and last but not least a 1mile run, because those who could run from the towers, did.........
