@SATWIceland Visited Fákasel, a new visitor attraction featuring Icelands sturdy, steady little horses that were ridden across rough roadless country. Their bloodlines go back to Mongolia and then to Norway, from which the early settlers brought them to Iceland. Sure-footed, they carried people over the rugged landscape and up hills. They have 5 natural gaits and have evolved to withstand cold and survive on relatively few calories. We saw a rehearsal for the centers daily show.
