i am a Gambian boy of 20 years old.. i have only one brother and sister who are bright and young and much to care for.... my little brother is 13years old and my little is 7 years old, Buba and Arokey respectively.. They are orphan and am sad to said that, we lost our father when my little sister is three years old and our mother passed away two years ago.. Since then i am the one taking care of them but i face many challenges... i used to go to the forest to fetch fire woods to sell so that i can buy food for us and to pay their school fees but unfortunately government stopped people from cutting the trees for fuel and sales.... my younger brother, buba has just done his exam and he cannot be promoted unless he completed his school fee... The school are in holidays but they will open soon and thats my another challenge... i am trying my best but another bigger problem has come, that the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, as Gambia is part of West Africa, though we dont have any Ebola case but people are in a state of alarm and chaos leads the way since it is said one case had been alerted in Senegal our neighboring country.. Thus, many financial problems has worsen, i have only my younger brother and sister, no girl friend much more a wife... yesterday they have gone to bed without food and that makes me more sad even because i dont want to see them unhappy... and because of my mothers death and taking care of my siblings i sadly left school, my high school right before doing my WASSCE examination... i was one of the brightest students in our school now i have left it even though i love education to my liver... i am writing you this because i think you can help us at least to secure food problem by sending us little money you have to help or finding us someone who can do this or an organisation... i also have this faith that you are kind and ever ready to help the poor and needy... please if you can help us, we really need it and we are going to be grateful about it...
