i am not a big fan of closing your local postoffice in order to save money as it make life difficult for those people who rely on it, but i am will to make an exception for the one in Coppull. i have just been down to send a next day delivery item, very important. i arrive in time but the lady is doing something else and there is a lady waiting in front of me. i ask about the next day delivery items and she tells me that i am too late. i accept it but i am aware that there is still time. the postman arrives takes the sacks and the lady serves us both and puts my letter on the shelf. the postman comes back in to collect more sacks so i ask for mine to go she replies no. and carry on. if i had gone to the main branch in Chorley my vital letter would be on its way. So should little local post offices be kept open No not if the people running them are going to be that difficult with customers i say close them!! and yes i am very annoyed and probably being a little unfair but thats what happens with bad customer service!!!!!
